Would it be possible to link to information on how to make demo's??
Also, what my settings for server rates should be?
Thanks. Love to play but don't know much about the setups.

My rates for CS are 50/50 and 25000.

I do this for a demo: in console, type : record <players>.dem. You must be in spec, so that you can follow the player you want to demo. After a round or two, type stop in console. The demo will then be saved as a .dem in your cs folder.
To watch the demo: in console, type demoui, sv_cheats 1, r_drawothermodels 2
then watch the demo to see if you got what you were looking for.
As for rates, if you in a 100 tick server and broadband (DSL or Cable), match your rates with the server- 100, 101 and 50000. dial-up is a guess but they must be a lot lower. Maybe 25,25,10000

yea just the other day me and gramps double teamed 3 hackers i recorded and he banned! me and gramps made an awesome team!
